Accounts not passed in the agm

In an AGM of CHSL, the members sought for full auditors' report. Since,it did not contain the attachement of the observations, the members suggested to call another meeting in next 21 days and did not discuss or pass the resolutions on the matters of approving the financial statements and the appointment of the auditors.

What should be the right course of action now?
will the next meeting is to be called adjourned AGM? or a fresh SGM to be called? What should the Notice and agenda mention?
act / bye laws prescibes any minimum time gape between AGM and SGM?
what is the last possible date of passing the accounts?
what should the minutes of the AGM read as far as the above two points are concerned?
