My Younger Brother have Accidental Insurance from SBI India. Last Year My Younger Brother Died coz of Murder by someone. I wish to know that is murder cover by accidental claim. and i could claim on Bank for Accidental Insurance..

I fully agree with Mr. Ramachary. How can you claim benefit of insurance cover under accident policy whereas your brother was murdered according to you. You cannot make false claim.
