Accident

Respected everyone

I am SHAIK ABDUL KHADER from Hyderabad recently on 5th Dec my Father has met with an Accident near Mehadipatnam and he was admitted in Mahavir hospital for an emergency case. A FIR was cased against the person who was responsible for the accident. But after 2 days we came to know that it was a student(from palastine,SA) who is responsible for the accident. Now i dont want his career to be spoiled because i know the consequences of the cases. So i would like to know how could i take back my fir cases and end this case from the police station(Humayun nagar police station).

if your father is o.k and no severe injury is there then you both parties can make compromise that you don't want to file any criminal case against him and submit it in the police station where the case is registered .
