About simple civil suit.

I have query that I am advocate of defendant they are 3 three in total...in simple civil suit of partion my defendants no proper information and less knowledge regarding all this legal things because of that they could not present in court many of the times and court orders ex-party.Now that matter is on the way of compromise. so what I do now regarding that ex-party order.my next date is 21 dec 2018 and that day it should be compromise.
