About plot purchase

Respected sir,we have done register isar pawti of 50000 and remaining amount for plot purchase will pay by bank loan. AT THE TIME OF isarpawti we have decided to pay all amount within three months..but bank had done delay ..and loan will sanction after two days due to senior officer not present at bank..is agreement cancel or can be extend ..advise accordingly
