A muslim widow had the right on the father-in-laws property

sir,

1. A and B are the muslim wife and husband,

2. they had the C,D are the sons,  E,F,G are the daughters.

3. C-married H, they had the one son and one daughter.

4. E,F - also married  A- given a some amount (dowry) to them.

5. D,G are not married. 

6.  A had the some property, and B also had the some property.

7. B husband died, but the property is not distrubuted.

8. at present their  son C was died. 

               Now the problem is the wife of C asking the half of the property in total property means(A,B property).

C made some insurance, the naminee of H, she taken all the insurances. A,C had some credits for the family maintenance . who should pay the credits. A -  want to partition according to the Mohamaddin law.  How much share get the H, D,E,F,G,A. please suggest me.
