A memorandum oral partition deed made on 20 Rs in year 2002 stamp paper notarise and not registered, is it valid in State of Maharashtra??
What are pre-requisit for registration of memorandum oral partition deed in state of Maharashtra??
What rule and regulation should have been followed to registered partition deed in year 2002 in state of Maharashtra??

If the Memorandum is acknowledgment of oral partition, already taken place, then it does not require registration. Because, under the deed, no new right is transfered or confered on any party and it only acknowledges existing rights.

Oral family settlement is acted upon then registration is not necessary but if by this unregistered memorandum partition is going to take effect then it requires registration right??
