we are former unexpectedly, gov.bus driver fill case on us in last 3 years we are attending a case now is their in a evidence but last 4 hearing evedence are not submited and party also didn't attending a court
so what's next

Wait and go through hearing even they are not attending you attend as per court order,court will decide
