“RIGHT TO JUSTICE ACT” like RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT ???

“RIGHT TO JUSTICE ACT” like RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT !!!

People of Democratic India ever have the Right To Information as a part of their Democratic Rights.  But, the Bureaucrats have broken it under a false shelter of Official Secret Act 1923 which was actually gone died on 26 January 1950.  Therefore, now the RTI Act 2005 come into existence to penalize the public servants who deny information to any citizen properly and within time frame and for its mean every citizen can have all the information within their individual capacity whatever the information a Legislative Assembly or Parliament can call.

Is there feasibility for “RIGHT TO JUSTICE ACT” like “RTI Act 2005” to penalise the judges (Public Servants) who do not provide justice (decision) properly and within a time frame???

We found it is feasible and started work out a proposal on it.

What you think ?

CONGRATULATIONS MR NILESH WANKHEDE.

YOU ARE REALLY A GOOD THINKER & PHILOSOPHER.

IT IS ABSOULUTELY FEASIBLE.

100 % POSSIBLE.

PREPARE A DRAFT AND PUT IT IN THIS FOROUM. I AM SURE IT WILL BE WELCOMED BY THE MEMBERS. A LARGE NUMBER OF PEOPLE ARE IN WANT OF JUSTICE HERE. THERE IS NO REASON WHY WE WILL BEAR THE HERITAGE OF BRITISH EMPIOROR? WE WANT TO BE FREE FROM THIS SLAVARY.

REQUEST PUT THIS IN CONSTITUTION SECTION. MATTER RELATED WITH THE CONSTITUTION.

Dear Mr. Ashutosh Jayaswal !  If you respect yourself once understand & feel yourself a Democrat in Indian Democracy.  If you treat yourself a Democrat you will find all the public servants like a maid servants noting more.  Democrats in DRF tasted to all.  If you treat yourself others will also treat you like-wise.  Treat yourself a Master and treat the servants like servants than the servants will treat you like their Master.
