बृक्षारोपण के लिए तय नियम

A person of my village has planted some trees very close to the border line of his farm. Due to the growing of twigs and overshadow of trees, the farm work is interrupted and the crop has destroyed completely in all farms adjacent to his farm. The twigs of his trees have increased to the most part of my farm. My farm is three side of its Mangrove garden, in which most of the part of the farm does not get plucked, and whatever crop it has destroyed completely. It has been since about 20 years. Despite of my frequent requests, he did not cut the twigs of his trees. I have told some of the people of my village about this, even after the people said he did not cut the twigs of his tree. he threatened me that "Do whatever want to do he will not cut the twigs of tree." Can I go to court for justice and compensation.
