What is the difference between "dispense with" or "remit" under Section 63 of Indian Contract Act, 1872? What amounts to waiver under Section 63 : dispense with or remit or both or all the 4 things contained in the section??

It would be good if you go through illustrations given under each section in the act.As regards to literature and legal meanings of these words please do an exercise to refer to oxford dictionary and online legal dictionary. The subtle difference in the words will be clear to you.
