    in one civil suit defendants after service of summons didnt appear the order for ex-parte was passed then on next date defendats advocate came in court &applied for by-parte with reason that defe. was enguage in marriage so he didnt appear. total 9 defendants r thare & one gas having POA of all of them. they didnt appear till issue of frames period suddenly he apply for condonation for dealy with reason that mother was on bed rest judge gives order with cost of rs.250/- to taks written statement on record.even do ecidence or proof is not submitted with the w/s. i m preapring to go for revision what u suggest?

    Dear Senior, thank you very much for your response. I had represented my plaint again before the Munisf with a Review application and he really felt for his mistake and Reviewd the previous Order. Now we are contesting the Amendment Application on merits. Once again Thank u sir. Keep in touch
