    Thank you Mr. Kotesh. What if i buy the property from my mother, without insisting on NOC from all Class II heirs? Can I buy with the consent of all the legal heirs, except one person who is not willing to go by my mother's intentions? What rights does a Class II legal heir has got to drag the buyer to court on untenable grounds?

    THanks for yr quick reply Now my oter quaris are... 1. Are there any extra ciculers issued by Government? If yes then how can we find them? 2. Is there any specification about the accuracy of weigth?i.e.Upto how much veriaion the inspector cannot seal the weigth bridge? 3. How can we update the amendments made by the autority?
