Hi All,
Beside my house newly a floor mill connection is going to give by electricity department . I need to stop that act .because it will effect the health of my parents & it will create so many problems for my parents and neighbours also.previously that connection is on my father name but now we dis connected the connection due to my parents health issue. Now in the same place new connection is going go to give by electricity department,kindly give the proper advice.

Sir,
I am responding a cheque bounce case( 138) in kerala.there is non bailable warrant against me.now i am in abroad.
Now petitionar ready to withdraw said case by a compromise.how can I compromise this case behalf of me? Because I can't appear there due to my job.can he withdraw the case voluntarily?What will happen to warrant?Pls give me an opinion

This is a very genuine case and i am not promoting my blog. Please take matter seriously as i can give you list of people who are suffering from similar issue in India and they too file a police complaint and PIL.

It is popularly known with code name MK-ULTRA which was initially started in 1950s and later the project continued with different names like COINTELPRO, ARTICHOKE etc. Some of the effect of the torture are.
1. They can read and control the victim’s mind and thoughts.
2. They can manipulate victim’s behavior and emotion (Fear, Anger, Joy, hate, sadness etc.).
3. They can speak into the victim’s mind using voice to skull technology now as V2K.
4. Communication between two human minds.
5. Force Speech (Make you speak with anger)
6. Memory Manipulation
7. Induce Sleep
8. Extreme Fatigue

Sir I have paid deposit and banquet hall rent for my daughter's marriage in may -2020 when I inquired about refund of my deposit and banquet hall rent they said we are charitable trust and can refund only deposit amount and not banquet hall rent amount, we have signed the form indicating no refund will be given by trust on cancellation. This cancellation of booking is due to Pandemic declared by WHO followed by government of India to lockdown country for 21 days to keep social distancing .. so what to do? Since amount given is quite big around 3 lakhs

Sir, My relative who is charged with sections 417, 376(2)(n), 312, 506, 3(2)(va) by an influential SC Woman is arrested on 25.02.2020. Even though, the SC woman has not produced any evidence for her allegations, (All allegations are claimed false by my relative. She is an Ex employee in his firm.), he was arrested. He could not get bail from the District Court even after one month of remand. He is denied bail on 26.03.2020. Our advocate says that we need to apply for petition again in the same court on 06.04.2020. My query is 1.why Court has not given bail even after one month of remand despite false allegations?? 2.Can we get bail in second appeal?? 3.If not, what should we do??.

It’s been more than 10 years that I was victim of harassment at my work place by my co-worker and superiors due to some very bad rumors about me. I have no freedom, no repo, they abuse me, frame for behavioral issue, misbehaving with female employees, threats of losing my jobs was always there. Always framed me for mistaken identity. And things were getting worst and worst. With the help of HR and job consultant they follow me whenever I switch jobs and all my personal issue are passed to my new job.
My last company was Stellar Data Recovery in Gurgaon where I was working as Research and Development Associate for just 3 months. (joined 15 Jan 2019 and left on April 2019) where my co-worker was started threatening me that this would be my last job and I would never get another job if I did not follow them according to their will.
And that what exactly happened that after three months that thing got so worst that they were ready to start physical fight with me. Work pressure was very very high for me. At the time of joining the HR did not offer me the salary of my expectation, so I worked out thing that I will find other job. Thing happened exactly the way they threaten me and it been a year that I am sitting at home with no job. Before that I was doing continuous job since 2011.
I am 100% sure that my last employer has spread the rumor but I have no proof.
Now I want to sue them for damaging my reputation and need help to get a new job

मेरा पति मारता है पीटता है घर में कैद मानसिक टॉर्चर करता है
मैं दिल्ली में रहती हूँ। मेरे दो बच्चे है मैं शादी 12 साल पहले लव मैरिज अपने घरवाले के मर्जी के खिलाफ की हूँ। मेरी माँ नहीं है पापा है वो अब अकेले रहते हैं मेरा कोई भाई नहीं है।
शादी जिससे की हूँ वो मुझे शादी से पहले तमाम सपने दिखाए। उस समय मैं फंस गई और हालत से लड़ते लड़ते 12 साल निकल गए। मुझे उस समय पता ही नहीं चला वो प्यार नहीं बस धोखा था।
धोखा इसलिए की मुझे पता ही नहीं था। मेरा पति सब कुछ छिपाया उसने मुझे अपनी योग्यता भी छिपाई वो पढ़ा लिखा भी बहुत ही कम है। उसने शादी से पहले अपना जाति जो बताया वो भी नहीं है। मैं पंडित हूँ (शर्मा) और वो SC कास्ट का है ये मुझे शादी के चार साल बाद पता चला। मैं जब भी छोड़ना चाहती वो मुझे इतना टॉर्चर कर देता की मैं कभी सोच भी नहीं पाई।
अब मुझे वो हमेशा मानसिक प्रताड़ना देता है। होली के दिन मुझे इतना मारा मैं कह नहीं सकती यहाँ तक की मेरे कान के परदे उस दिन फट गए उस दूसरे तीसरे दिन जब हॉस्पिटल गई तब मैंने वहां भी झूठ बोली की होली में बैलून से लग गया।
आये दिन अब वो मुझे पीटता रहता है और मुझे कहता है तुम बदचलन है। मुझे कभी अपने घर वाले के अलावा कभी किसी से बात तक नहीं करने दिया और समझाता रहा की पूरी दुनिया ख़राब है। मैं भी हमेशा उसके चंगुल में फंसती ही चली गई।
अब मुझे एहसास हो रहा है अपना भी अधिकार है जीने का अब मैं अपने बच्चों को सही शिक्षा देना चाहती हूँ। पर वो हमेशा मुझे दोष देता है और कहता है जो मेरी औकात है वही कर सकता हूँ पर वो भी नहीं करता है मैं एक पार्ट टाइम जॉब से करने लगी हूँ पर वो मुझे घर से निकलने से मना करता है। काम नहीं करने देता है।
वो मुझे कई बार हाथ पकड़ कर घर से बाहर भी कर देता है डराता है धमकाता है। मारता है पीटता है। वो काफी शराब भी पीता है और शारीरिक शोषण करता है। वो रोज मुझे अपने बिस्तर पर चाहता है जब मैं चाहती भी नहीं हूँ। मैं शरीर से टूट चुकी हूँ मेरी आत्मा तार तार हो चुकी है। मैं अब जीना चाहती हूँ। रोजाना के प्रताड़ना से टूट गई हूँ।
आजकल वो मेरी कभी कदर नहीं किया बस उसने मुझे रोका ही है। मैं खुलकर सांस लेना चाहती हूँ भले ही आधी रोटी खाऊं।
मेरा अब कोई गार्जियन भी नहीं है। मैं अकेली हूँ। आजकल मैं अपने घर वाले को भी नहीं बता पाई की ये लोग अलग जाति के हैं।
मैं आपसे अनुरोध करती हूँ आप मुझे रास्ता बताएं मैं क्या करूँ ? अब मेरे पास मेरे मरने के अलावा और कोई रास्ता नहीं दिखाई दे रहा है। मैं जीना चाहती हूँ। अपने लिए अपने बच्चों के लिए।
