UDS help

Hello everyone
I have a question regarding uds.
We leave in an apartment which have 72 flats in 3 block A,B,C 24 in each 15 years old.
My question is can we dismantle one block and reconstruct it?
What at uds ?

Can a partition suit filed after 25 years

Hi every one
Mr. X have 4 sons (no daughters) he purchased property In the name of four sons jointly.
1 constructed house of 400 sq. yard and 3 acre of farm land market value of house was Rs.300 and farm land value was Rs 900 in 1960 . after the death of Mr. X in 1990 the four (son's) joint owners made a release deed for house and farm land and divided their property. They got transferred their share in their names as in the release deed. 2nd brother took house and others 3 divided the farm land. They all enjoyed the shares happly.
First and second brother died in 1996 and 1999(two are alive).
4th brother sold his share of farm land. Today the market value is different for those properties, house Rs.6 L and farm land each share Rs 16L

Now today in 2016 the son of 2nd brother who died in 1999 (house owner's son) says that the partition was wrong it should be divided again.

Now is their any chance of challenging that partition after 25 years.

it happened with my friend he is in tension he intend to sell his fathers share.

wrong legal notice served

Hi every one need an advice.
I made an for sale ad of my flat
In newnewspaper.after 4day's I received a legal notice from an advocate stating that his Clint is having a share in flat no.105 on my name and he published the beware notice in same newspaper which Ihave given ad
Point 1- I have not given my flat no. In newspaper.
2- I am not selling the claimed flat nor I am the owner of the claimed flat no.105.

Now my question is DO I NEED TO BE BOTHERED ABOUT THE NOTICE.
DO I NEED TO REPLY THE LEGAL NOTICE FOR THE SAME.

Name change

I have registered a land in the name of X Z Before 30 years .But I have name in all my ID proof's as X Y Z (middle name Y was added)
Is there any problem while selling my land regarding my name.
Please Help me...

Gpa

hi

I have purchased a plot in 2004
(in AP).the seller had the gpa of part land of survey no. but he sold the others part too.
in 2010 he got the registry of other part.
now my question is.(Is my registry valid or I need to register my plot again.)

please help.
