What should be done when one of the Respondent, who is a government official is transferred to an other state? How do we bring the new person acting on his behalf into the case. Do we need to file affidavit. Can any one provide a format please?

Hello sir. If husband and wife never had sex and its been 6 months since marriage. There was a willful rejection of wife to deny sex to husband from the first night to last night.
marriage has never been consummated.
Can this marriage be annulled ? or husband is supposed to live a sex less life ?
and what if wife dose not want a annulment ?
Married under Nikha nama - Not registered in any of the Indian acts of marriage.

Dear Experts: My mother aged 80 years was allowed to take a trip to Kailash- INDIA (place of pilgrimage) and she died during her travel.I researched and found that Visas are issued after stringent scrutiny. I want to file a case against the travel agent,the doctor who to my belief have circumvented all rules to allow her to go .Please advise how best to proceed. Many thanks,

Sir,
This is to inform you that my daughter aged 28 years is missing from home and son aged 30 years of my brother -in-law is also missing from 2nd August 2014.These both are the daughter and son of two sisters.
My brother in law has registered a F.I.R. for missing of his son but I have not registered F.I.R. for missing of my daughter because of badnami/honour as well as I was out of station.
Should I also file a F.I.R. for missing my daughter because 8 days have been waist-ed in searching.
I do not want that my daughter marry with his half blood relation boy, whether as per Hindu law marriage between Son and daughter of two sisters is void ? and what is punishment for these two ?

Hi
I have received caveat application via registered post saying that they are going to file a Caveat petition on my property and if I take any further legal proceeding on my property. I have to inform to the petitioner(village sarpanch).
In the Caveat notice all false information given, they mentioned as the government property encroached by us illegally.
In fact this property gave by the government under freedom fighter quota. Courts were confirmed in 1967 as the government decision was absolutely right. Whatever the obligations they are mentioning now same obligations were raised in 1967 and courts dismissed their petition.
How can I cancel the Caveat petition, as I don't want this to be in force 90 days, as they may take our property in their position in these days.
Please advise.

please clarify the tariff conditions for a business in residential building. As long as I know, there was a Supreme court ruling in favour of business owner that the business in residential building be charged electricty at domestic tariffs instead of Commercial Tarriffs.

Can a Banker re-open any closed Savings Account of any customer after a long period of 06 (six) months for clearance any cheque of that customer, without any prior intimation to the customer ?
if so under which provisions of law ?
In this respect which law is applicable ?
In that event can customer entitle any remedy from Banker ?
