Dear friends,
My friend gave the UPSC Exam last year and he got very less marks then his expectations and he is very sure that he got less marks as he calculated marks just after the papers,
is there any way by which he can just see his papers and it can be rechecked with the help of indian judiciary, if there is any case law plz help me with that..

Hi, friends my qus. is regarding SARFASI act,2002.
If a borrower has taken the loan from the bank of 25 lacks by mortgaging his flat and if he is unable to repay the amt. of EMI for 90 days and 60 days period of notice. in case the value of the mortgaged property comes down due to some reason say recession. and the bank is unable to recover the whole amt. of loan and the borrower became isolvent then wht r the remedies bank has in that situation to recover the amt. of loan.
Is there any remedy provided under the SARFASI Act???

Hello friends and seniors,
i just wanted to know if a lawyer got registered in Bar coucil of a state i.e Punjab and want to pratice in Delhi or Mumbai high court does he need to register again in the respective Bar council for practiving in the respective bar council. or is it like once got registerd in a Bar Council so he can practice in any Bar within the territory on India, friends please do let me know the the procedure for the same..

Hi friend,
i am manoj kumar sahu and i m doing dissertation on third party right in sale. i want to know what is the courts stand on third party rights in case of auction of the mortgaged property. e.i. if the bank has given loan to the party on mistake of his part without investigating the mortgaged asset. and the asset was leased or say belongs to other party then on that situation what is the stand of court.
because the DRT says it is beyond the jurisdiction of it. so friend can u plz let me know wht is the court stand in this point.
