seeks judgement as well as advice

respecteted all experts my qurey is iam a private limited company dealing in freight forwarding and custom clearence agent one of my client which is suitabel to say ultimate consigeen. i have handel handel a consigment on the basis of my client from canda a 30 packet of some cotton yarn at at airport when i receive the packet out of 30 packet 5 packet was missing we intemate to air india they state wait some time packet come on other flight in nut shell no packet we have receive air india given a shorland certificate for missing the packet my client has debited my account due to loss of his consigment and my client who is ultimate consignee has lodge his claim before air india but air india refuse to pay they said to me you have to lodge claim with in 120 days as per carrage by air act and they refuse claim on technecally you have not file the claim because your name is written on Airways bill and claim lodge by ultimate consignee pls tell any judgement and gide iam moving case in consumer court and tell the defenation of ultimate consignee and claim either file by ultimate consignee or me is same

seeks judgement on board resolution

dear sir pls solve this problem



i have file a simple recovery suit on the behalf of pvt ltd company, at the time of leading evidence defendant had taken plea that witness canot depose the evidence because the board resulation is favore of MR, X Managindirector and he furthere to authorized MR Y as A.R. he has taken plea on the judgement of appexe court Jankidevi Bhojwani V/S Ind SIND BANK . secondely he raise objection resolution pass in year 2000 case is file on 2008 that means in 2000 no cause of action in favore of the plaintiff against defendants. we have a simple one resolution which we use in every case. i want to know (a) does Board resolution has expire date (b) does we need for each and every case a seprate board resolution pls educate me on this subject

judgement on review

i have file a suit for recovery in delhi which was dismissed Exparti by ADJ on the basis of section 34 of Evidence act he say ledger is not sufficent to sue a person. i have not file at that time bills/invoices. now i got and file review on the basis of discovery of bills/invoice pls tell a judgement who support my case iam representing a company and defendant was also company after service of review they are again not coming
