what if the stage of the case in high court, if it is INTERLOCUTORY in the high court,

respected eperts,
an N.B.W is pending on my husband on dowry probhition act he is still upscanding from last four years, and till date he did not attend the court, the case is stil pendinging in the court, every time for court my in-laws are coming last time the honerabel judge asked my father-in-law about my husband he said that my husband is in u.s.a then honerabel judge asked him to bring him on next time compulsery and the date was given for the month of feb, now my-in-laws are sending so, many mediaters and forcing me to take back the N.B.W and the case,for that iam telling no to everyone, i even suggesting them to bring my husband into picture,the mediaters who are coming in between they are not listioning to me they are forcing me a lot, but iam geting mentally disturbed a lot. they even telling that no court will give me justice.when case is runing in the court can other party can do force like this?if no. the what kind of i can take on them
pls suggest me......

respected experts,
this is the matter came to all of your notice, that my husband is upscandind since 4 years and a crime case is pending on him and his famaily members, on dowry probhition, and an n.b.w is pending on him since 4 years, till now he did not attend to the court,my husband famaily members are forcing me to take the n.b.w which is pending on my husband,and they even asking me to make an agreement. so, that if they present those agreement in the court the court can dissmiss the warrents,
it is confusing me a lot,is it possibel that an accused (a1) without apperieng to the court,just if the counsil keep the agreement papers can his n.b.w is removed.
how can his n.b.w can be removed if we both compromise in the metter.

this is sampoorna many of you no me very well i asked many queries about my case and many of my quries are solved now, the query is since my husband upsacnading from last 3 years my maintance case is pending in famaily court of secunderabad, there recentely i given an pitition to the court that my fathear-in-law know s my husband whereabouts with a evidence of affadivitti which is given by my fathear-in-law to bar-counsil that his son is in u.s.a and working in u.s.a his son depuetd him for recalll pitition for cc no 473 which is pending in criminal court of nampally for crime 498.the famaily court judge seeing that evidence he issued notices to my father-in-law to furnish my husband address of u.s.a but there my father-in-law expressed to that court that he don't know the whereabouts of his son. the justice had declared to me that he have no right to force my fathear-in-law to furnish my husband address.even though having an evidence.
so, what i should do it,in this.please suggest me the best..

this is sampoorna six months back i given my case details.and i got a very good responce and also a valuabel sugestion.but till date iam not abel to perform those because i did not get the best criminal lawyer.
plese any body sugest me the best criminal lawyer in hyderbad and secunderabad area.

this is sampoorna.my husband is upscanding sice last four years and N.B.W is pending on him on hyderabad polise grounds for sec498.till date he did not surenderd to the court.and another N.B.W is pending on in warangel polise station for maintance case in the famaily court of secunderabad.from four years. he is upscanding.his native is warangel i my native is secunderabad.can upscanding person can applay for divorse case in his native plase?if so what is the procedure?did he should present in the consern court?or simply can he put case through lawyer?if he apply through lawyer did he should mention his address?
can court grant EXPARTY without sending me any notice?if my husband wantedely give wrong address of mine and delivered notices to wrong address without my knowledge if court grant EXPARTY then in what way and which court i should applay for dismiss the EXPART which is given by the court.

since an n.b.w is pending on my husband in the the grounds of dowry harashment case.and he is upscanding till date.can he applay for divorce in some other famaily court of his native place?since i reside in hyderabad and my husband native is warangel can he applay there for divorse.because few wellwishers are telling that my husband got XPARTY in divorse case in the court.but i dint get any notice or sumouns by any court.can court without issuing any notice for me grant XPARTY to my husband.sapouse if he go t it xparty then the criminal case which is pending in the nampally court can be withdrawn and the N.B.W which is pending on my husband can be withdrawn by the court ? if my husband is planing for divorse how can he applay and what is the procedure of it?sir pls help me by clearing my quries

i had claimed maintance case in famaily court from my husband since my husband was in u.s.a court had issued summons to my husband more than 5 times through various process.then to my husband had not given any replay to tha court then i got it XPARTY.court had issued an order that i should get a maintaince from my husband. then after that i filed for every 6 months in the court for an award.my husband after coming to india he is upscanding court had given a paper publication.and issued an N-B-W on my husband now totally from 2 years my maintance amount is pending in the court.recentely i got an evidence to prove that my father-in-law is in touch with my husband. i submited those papers to the court.court had issued a summon to my fathear-in-law to furnish the address of my husband.my fathear-in-law came to the court and said to the magistrate that he is ready to pay the maintaince amount which is pending on my husband. and he requested the magistrate to recall the warent which is pending on my husband.
court had given a date for this month 28th.can my fathear-in-law can pay the amount?
pls give me a repaly,

this is sampoorna, many of you know about my case, my husband is upscanding since four years and a non-bailable warrant is pending on his name on dowry prohibition act in nampally court,from 2005 to till date, where as my in laws are coming to the court and giving attendance,
i had given the complaint to women police station begeumpet,in the year of 2005 because i live in hyderabad the police after investigation they have filed charge sheet in the nampally court on cc no 473, my father-in-law went to high court to quash the fir, in the year of 2005 but the honerabel high court had dismissed the case, after vacating the stay my in-laws are coming to the lower court, now gain my father-in-law had given the petition to the high court asking to quash the 498 case in the lower court. which is pending on cc no 473,stating that,i am living in hyderabad, and my in-laws stay in warangel, and the offence took place in warengel, so, the courts in hyderabad had no territorial jursdiction to entertain the case.
i request you all to pls clear my query, since i am in hyderabad i had given a complaint to my near police station, and my marriage took place in the year of 2003 in hyderabad,is there any such rule passed that the compliant should be given at the place of offence,do nampally court had no right to run the case?, will high court will quash the case in the napally court based on this?
pls tell me...
