1.are there any laws for live in raltion ships in INDIA.
2.if couple is living together for 4 years without getting married ...will that woman get rights on her man's property and other rights like a married woman gets from her husband
3.if any couple gets married in temple/church without any friends and relatives ...is that marraige valid...how to register those marraiges..

Hello! Very Good evening every one.
wud u pl explain what is C.R complaint?
Once raj Thakre arrested and produced before Kalyan court. One of his advocate pronounced as and i quote that state govt. has also filed some CR complaints against Raj Thakre.
"CR complaint" is also mentioned as suggestion in reply of my one of the my query.
I hv asked my colleagues abt this they hv no idea and from that time I m searching for this word please sir

An Advocate filed his Vakalatnama and defended the Applicants in Workmen's Compensation matter and the matter got dispose off subsequently. Now the Applicants wants to withdraw the compensation amount deposited by the Employer and for that purpose they have appointed another Advocate. Now the Hon'ble Court has rasied a query that the Applicants need to be identified by earlier Advocate & take his NOC. As far as my knowledge is concerned, when the matter got disposed off, the role of earlier Advocate ceases. I will be obliged if any one provide me the relevant judgments related to the same and please guide in the matter.

Dear Sir,
In a civil suit for recovery of money, the plaintiff though filed case in time but he had paid a meagre amount towards court fees as such Plaint was returned for want of deficit court fees. Then Plaint was represented after a long gap of 6 months. In the meanwhile suit was barred by limitation. But the suit was numbered by arbitrarily condoned the inordinate delay of 6 months without hearing the defendants before codoning the inordinate delay. Sir, now my query is whether at present the suit can be dismissed as barred by limitation? Kindly answer for my query.

I have handed over a chaque to Mr X, and after dishoner of the said chaque Mr X has filed a case against me U/S 138 N.I. Act. The court has Punished me with the Chaque amount, and the imprisonment for one year. Now I have Filed a Apple Against The order and Apple Is still Pending in Sesson Court. Now we (Mr X and I) are Ready To Compromise. Now What Possition Will be for one year imprisonment and what shuld I do.
