1.KINDLY SUGGUST WHAT ARE THE CONSEQUENCES COMAPNY HAVE TO FACE.
2.IF WE GO FOR A SETTLEMENT WITH THE WORKER,WOULD THE COURT WILL ACCEPT THE SETTLEMENT.
3.HOW CAN WE DEFEND OURSELF.
