hello sir,i have taken gpa of land which is in joint only the elder brother had given gpa to me and received entire amount.is the GPA valid without the signature of the younger brother.please guide me in this experts.

I am a defendant in a Civil suit in the city civil court mumbai. Original side under specific performance act.
The court dismissed the case for want of procecution on 18th jan 2014.
Now the plaintiff has filed a notice of motion to revive the case stating he was not aware of the datse and then he was unwell.
He has attached a doctors certificate which states he was adviced rest for six months because of Bronchitis and hypertension form sept 2013 to feb 2014
by a MBBS doctor.
He has stated that he is late by 7 days for the application.
Need clarification for the same.
If he was present in other suits during those six month will the proof help?

sir, i want to know that in the mater of sec-138 of N.I. Act, after taking the evidence of complainant is it necesary to examin the banker or there is no need to examin the banker?

My grandfather brought a property in 1970 when my great grandfather was the karta of the joint family. My great grandfather died in 1994 while my grandfather in 2007. now brother of my grandfather wants his share in the property which was bought by my grandfather in 1970.
Is his demand justified?

What is the limitation period of deceased person's registered will after which the same cannot be challenged.

नमस्कार,
महोदय कुछ लोग मेरे घर(जोकि Ballabgarh(Faridabad)-Haryana में है ) के सामने रात में कूड़ा खासतोर पर राख फेक देते है. ऐसा वो लोग रोज नहीं करते पर हर 1 या 2 हफ्ते में करते है. एक बार तो कोई हमारे घर के सामने मारा हुआ कुत्ता ही फेक गया . महोदय हमारा गली में अकेला घर है जोकि नगरपालिका से पारित है. हालाँकि पडोस में घर है पर उसका मुह दूसरे गली में खुलता है . इस कूड़ा फेकने के सन्दर्भ में मुझे बराबर वाली गली में मूंगफली बनाने वाले पर शक है.इसके अलावा में अपने घर में पिछले 20 सालों से रहता हूँ. और मेरी उम्र 21 साल है.
तो मेरा प्रशन है कि :--
1. मै कहाँ शिकायत दर्ज करवाऊं ?
२. किस law or judgement के तहत?
In short plz tell me how should I proceed ?

How to get the GPA for the mentally retarded person as court has appointed me as Guardian for her property will that is sufficient or we need to take GPA if so what is the process for the same. Pls advice

one of the co-sharer filed a declaratory suit in the year of 2006 that a particular schedule property is his own as since long enjoyed and occupied the same and also mentioned in the plaint that the said joint propery of father has been amicably partitioned , the same case is going on in evidence stage. Later on in the year of 2010 , the said plaintiff again filed a Partition suit in addl. dist. judge court on the same property and on the same defendants who are the brother of her husband. now what should be my way of proceed and what next steps will be better for my client.
can i put petition in the case of 2006 on sec. 10 f C.P.C
but second suit is on superior court and first suit in junior division court

How to make corrections to the registered document?
We purchased the land in the year 2000. At that time the sellers registered their half of the land to us. they constructed a house in their land and sold out to some one. Now when we checked the documents my land is west side of their house. but actually it is south side. we want to make changes to the registered deed but actually the sellers who sold and registered the land are not traceable. did i make any alterations to the registered document with out the sellers who registered the document? please give me a suggestion.
