Does a liaison office in Delhi having more than 30 employees ,of an International Non Profit organization come under Shops & Establishment Act .
How many number of leaves can be accumulated by an employee in a private organization ( Maximum ) which can be encashed at the time of leaving the organization . I want to know is there any maximum limit .

One of the employee in my organization has been fired on the grounds of insubordination without any warning or chance to improve. What are the legal recourse this employee has. The HR policy say that there can be immediate removal from service due to insubordination.

My query is that when a distributor sells Insecticides to another retailer or sub distributor in bulk , so as per Insecticide Act and Rules , Is is required to mention the Batch number and manufacturing date on the bill in addition to the number of units. Should the invoice contain the batch number also in case of sale of insecticides?
How can a company enforce the contract , wehre in the employee has signed the contract and agreed that he will not be joining the competition , but after resignation he immeditely joins the competition . How to enforce it in the Court. Please reply on urgent basis. Thx.
My query is , is there any minimum number defined in the Mathadi Act maharashtra beyond which registration with the mathadi Board is necessary for example if the Act says that if 10 or more such labour is employed then we require registration ? And if the no of such labor is 8 then we do not require registration. ?
If there is a violation of Rule 4 of Packaged commodity Rules 1977 in one district of one state, and if we compound , will it be considered compounding of offence for across India , within the central Act or after compounding once , we receive notice from other district of same state or a notice from another state we will have to compound again ?
The issue is some defective package of our product is there in outlets across india, we have received notice from Banglore, and now we are rectifying it , which will take some time for new stocks to come in maarket , suppose if we receive another notice next week from another district of Banglore or from MP will our compounding once will be considered , and we will not have to pay fine again and again. any expert advice on this.
