Can GPA be transferred

If 2 companies A, & B undergo for joint development of some part of land and, company A (land owner) execute GPA in favor of person X, employed in Company B- for executing trade and legal documents.

Can person X now execute a GPA in favor of third person Y, to act on his behalf and enjoy all the rights company A vested with person X. Can this person Y act as a party for registering the documents like sale deed?

Agreement for Sale

Hello,

I have recently booked a under construction flat in Bangalore. I and Builder has executed an agreement of sale against aforesaid sale. He has provided me sale agreement on Rs. 200/- stamp paper. But as per current changed law (since April 01, 2011) in Karnataka I should pay stamp duty equal to 0.1% of the sale agreement. Please tell me how to proceed as builder has shown inability to cooperate. He is asking me to get the stamp papers and then he shall sign and undergo the agreement.
Where I can get stamp papers? How much value it should pay towards stamp duty(0.10% of sale agreement -Rs 200, already paid) or full 0.10% of the new sale agreement?

Karnataka Stamp Duty Act

Hello,
I am planning to buy a under construction flat in Bangalore. The sale agreement is not yet executed. What i came to know from sources that stamp duty on sale agreement has been reduced from current 1.0% to 0.1% w.e.f April 01, 2011 as per amendment by state government.

This means if I go to register sale agreement after March 31, 2011 I will pay 1/10th of the amount as stamp duty.
Please tell me if there is any change on stamp duty on registration of sale deed also?
Should value (cost of apartment) registered in sale agreement be same as value in sale deed?
If these 2 values are unequal what are the implications on financial transaction and how it affects when I am going to sell this property later?

Is registration of property (in buyer's name) is same as registering the sale deed?

LOK ADALAT or Conusmer Forum

TATA DOCOMO has filed a petition in LOK adalat regarding bill settlement which I say is illegal and not correct. First time I appear before Permanent LOK Adalat, Bangalore was 25th Feb 2011. Petitioner didn't brought the bills as a proof to claim the disputed amount. I had opted for appeal and the next date given to me is 25th March 2011.
Since I have all the proof that bills are not genuine and there are irregularities in bill, I would like to go for consumer forum for this fraudulent act of TATA DOCOMO.

Please advice is it possible that before verdict is given from LOK Adalat, a parallel petition can be filed in Consumer Forum.

I am being not given any proof that I have appeared before the LOK Adalat on 25th Feb 2011, and officials refused to make a note that claimant (TATA DOCOMO) has not bought any proofs.
Please tell me what are my rights when appearing for the next hearing on 25th March 2011.
