Pls guide me with relevant authorities. In my one matter the suit is filed for declaration and injunction. In present suit there are seven defs I m for society. Before this suit plaintiff has filed a suit against defs No.1(defs No. 2 to 7 are not party in it)on same cause of action and seeking same relief which he had sought in present suit. In previous suit status quo order was granted but the suit got dismissed and after that appeal was preferred and was allowed by order to restore the suit. But suit was not restored due to file misplaced def No.1 didn't hv any knowledge of above said except original suit dismissed. Now after 7 years plaintiff file fresh suit against def no.1and others I.e me a register society to whom deft no.1 sold property. Simultaneously pltf filed application for reconstruction of misplaced suit pending that application and fresh suit the lost suit file is found. Now plaintiff is conducting both suit in different court. I hv filed W.S and say and want to file application on ground of maintainability and jurisdiction so pls guide me. In this suit there are two plaintiffs and only one out of them hv sent statutory notice u/s 164 of Maharashtra Co-op Societies Act

All Respected , I have filed 125 and Husband HMA13 and then I gave complaint to commisioner for dowry demand . In that I stated that I w as 6 month pregnent and my husband and inlaws kept my elder son (who is of 2.5 years) forcefully and I have to come back to my parents. I have given the complaint after 7 months of my returning to my parents. IO called to my husband for reconcilation but my husband refused to do so . Now I want to know that Will the police help me to get my child back to me as my son is too small ? To whom I should meet to get my child back ? Can I meet to higher police officers of my husband residing city to help me ? Or in DV case will the hounerable court can help me to get my child back ? I heard that Mahila Ayog can help in this and to register the FIR in 498a against my husband and in laws . If so How I can approach to Mahila Ayog. Kindly help me.

Hi Experts
Like recently my wife put 498a and DV case against me and my parents.
she is asking 20 lakhs for MCD and I don't have even 5 lakhs Rs. I have to fight this case at any cost.
I have some doubts Pls clarify:
1.Usually how long these case would run in lower court.
2. what if i lose the case i lower court whether i will be immediately areested or i will be given some time to appeal in High court.

I need a supreme court judgement which says without Domestic incident report, DV act case cannot be run under sec 12 of DV Act

Hi,
I have purchased 100 sq. yard of land and had sale deed (notary) for the same.
Actually, A sold the land to B and B sold the land to Me.
property tax has name of A.
Now i want to go for registration of the land.
What should I do?
All the above transaction was happend on notary papers.

My native place is varanasi. I am a working women. I stay out of Uttar Pradesh as per my job location. I have done love marriage and got it registered under varanasi court. My husband's native place is also Varanasi. I have a fear that my brothers are planning to do something against my marriage. Now, since me and my husband are staying out of U.P. and working. Where can we apply for restraining orders immediately. What is the procedure for this.

i want to purchase a property jointly with my mother. Mother is a housewife. I am applying for a loan. Whether I have to include my mother as a co applicant in loan or not?
if yes how to show her return for past years? she has a pan card but no tax due and she has never filed her return.
Kindly advice.

Fine for smoking in public
I was smoking near a public bus stand. Police have asked me to pay a fine of 200/-/ I have asked them for a receipt. They have asked me to come to police station. When i went to the station. They said that it would be registered as a petty case. They have filled up some half page of sheet with my name and address, stamped it and asked me to sign. After that they have asked me to pay 300/- as fine (while smoking in public places should be fined for 200/- only). After i have payed the fine. They said that's it and I can leave.
My query:
1) Can smoking in public can be filed as a public case?
2) If yes, what would be the consequences?
3) Should police issue a receipt for the fine collected?
