dear all
One of my sister colleague's husband took a friendly loan of Rs.2,10,000. Out of which he paid Rs.50,000. He agreed to pay by the month of may. As the transaction was not done in writing we decided to record to phone communication. Can i file a FIR on the basis of the recordings of Phone calls??
sir
i filed a caveat in the 1st week of june. In between i could able to complete my transaction with the purchaser party. Do i require to file another caveat for the same in the span of 80 days..
Due to unavoidable circumstances my younger brother would unable to take part in the execution of sale deed. what is the solution>?
My dad recently sold a land purchased by him. The purchaser will going to register the land in his name after making the full payment. The purchaser party is asking my father to bring his sons nd wife in the office of registrar for signature. My question is as the property is not of an ancestral type, does the presence of son's are required???
My dad on dated 30.05.2011 received an advocate notice stating that he and one my cousin uncle has come to an agreement on dated 27.10.2010 regarding sale of land which is in the name of my father. The notice also stated that deal was finalised on Rs.35,00,000 and my father has received Rs.5,00,000 as an advance payment.
The content of the notice is totally false as my father never signed any such agreement with him.
In fact we had an agreement with other party in the month of february and the party would get it registered on 22nd of this month. We have also taken an advence paymeny of Rs.10,00,000 from them and the rest was decided to be paid on 22.06.2011.
My cousin uncle used to stay with us between 1997 -2001.As per our sources we came to know that during the course of his stay at our home he managed to stolen 1/2 blank papers and my father's signature on it. Even we came to knoe that he is a having a cash receipt with my dad's signature on 2
revenue stamps during the course of stay.
In mean time we have filed a caveat and our lawyer has also replied to tht notice and also demanded for the authentication of that document.
Is this a correct procedure ? If not what else more we can do? can we proceed our dealing with the party? please guide us.

My dad possess a 10 cents(=500sq.yrds) of open land in the main town of srikakulam dt.beside to it his cousins who are 3 in number, are living there since 1980.The youngest of the 3,plans to construct apartments with the help of his friends 2 in number who in the past has been involve in real estate business. It can only be possible if my dad sells the land,as aftr which both land would measured to 1000 sqyrds.he is agreed to pay Rs.40lac to my dad.The real conflict lies in the mode of payment. The purchaser wants to pay rs.5lac as an advance and later amt they wanted to pay by the end of october,2011,i.e. aftr their completion of project. My dad personally feels it would be incorrect to wait for more than 1 yr.
so kindly do tel me what would be the legal procedure to this matter.Legally by which period should realtors must pay the complete amount to the land owner.
My dad is very much interested in selling the land as with that amount he would be able to marry his 2 daughters.but he wish to know the legal procedure in selling of land to a builder.
Service tax on apartment
sir,
kindly tell me whether service tax is payable by customer to builder on the purchase of an apartment. If yes then at what rate and on what amount is charge? Is service tax if applicable is levied on the government value of the apartment or on the market value??
