Respected seniors & my dear friends i like to ask a very fundamental ouestion today that how many different kind of courses are offered in the LL.b # yearrs old fasion course 5 years integrated courses of BA llB than one BBA,LL.B than betech llb how many kind of corses are offered now how can somebody give degree of engineering and law in combine One MATS university offered this whay not BCI one course # years old after graduatin course or 5 years new advance BA,LL.B hons course thats all my question because I am still confuse that whats going on in the field of law education there is an old saying from High court judge of Calcutta that there is no royal road or university for advocacy onpy university is life for an advocate .

dear seniors I have a commerce background I am B.com,LL.B I want to know that what is required for practice as a corporate lawyer I am practicing mostly labour matters and Cheque bouncing Sec 138 & few criminal cases is it possible to work in company matters simultaneously in civil cri.labour & company cases is there some other forum to see the company cases if yes please guve me the full information of those respective forums ,Amarnath Chakravarty Advocate Durg

Sir now if I look for Jobs what kind of jobs available for me I practsed mostly in labour laws I am associated in civil cases also but I dont have very good command on them so what kind of jobs are good for me

I am asked a question about LLM form distance learning experts send me reply that it is not possible,I find many law related websites where numorous options are ther for doing LLM through distance learning where all this websites providing false information or there is some possiblity to do my LLM from distance learning,before reply me you can check in these websites whether my information is right or wrong plesae guide me and help me

respected seniers I am practicing as an advocate for last one year now BCI decided that every law grads have to pass the bar exam before he/she joins the practice were this rule also appllied to the advocateswho enrolled in recent years or this apply only to the freshers?

Respected sir what is the procedure to transfer the practicing licence from one stae to another specially for practice in high court and where the new resolution of the BCi that all law graduates must appear in the bar exam is applicable to all the advocates who enrolled in recent years or just for the freshers
