Urgent

"A" AND "B" ARE FRIENDS AND THEY MAKE A PARTNERSHIP FIRM FOR PURCHASE A LAND OR PROPERTY. THEN THEY DECIDED TO PURCHASE A AGRICULTURE LAND SO "B" GIVE A 75% MONEY AND "A" GIVE A 25% MONEY TO THE FARMER AND HE PURCHASE AGRICULTURE LAND IN :A" NAME AS PER MITUAL UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN "A" AND "B" AND THENAFTER "A" NAME IS ENTER IN REVENUE RECORDS. THENAFTER TAKE PERMISSION OF NON-AGRICULTURE FROM COLLECTOR AND NOW LAND IS NON-AGRICULTURE. NOW THEY DECIDED TO SELL THIS LAND THIRD PARTY AND "B" IS NOT A PARTY IN ANY RECORDS BUT INVEST MONEY IN ALL PLACE, NOW QUESTION IS :-

1. HOW TO "B" TAKE A CHECQUE AMOUNT FROM THIRD PARTY?
2. WHICH TYPE DOCUMENT MAKE BETWEEN "A" AND "B" FOR TAKE A MONEY IN NAME OF "B" FROM THIRD PARTY.
3. HOW TO TAKE 75% AMOUNT OF PURCHASE PRICE FROM PURCHASER?
PLEASE SEND A DRAFT COPY IF POSSIBLE.

"A" IS PROPRIETOR OF COMPANY/FIRM AND HE PURCHASE IMMOVEABLE PROPERTY IN COMPANY/FIRM NAME AS A PROPRIETOR, NOW THIS COMPANY/FIRM CLOSE IT'S BUSINESS AND NOW PROPRIETOR "A" ENTER/TRANSFER HIS INDIVIDUAL NAME IN RECORD OF REVENUE OR GOVERNMENT?

(1) PROCEDURE OF TRANSFER FROM PROPRIETORSHIP FIRM TO INDIVIDUAL NAME?
(2) ANY STAMP DUTY PAY?
(3) TRANSFER "A" NAME IN SHARE CERTIFICATE OF SOCIETY?

Registered agreement for sale

Hi, All Members,

"A" IS A PARTNERSHIP FIRM AND FOUR PARTNERS IN FIRM, PARTNER OF PARTNERSHIP FIRM DECIDED TO PURCHSE AGRICULTURE LAND FROM LAND OWNER AND AGREEMENT FOR SALE REGISTERD BETWEEN THEM AT 1975. THE ENTRY OF AGREEMENT FOR SALE IN REVENUE RECORDS IN OTHER PART.
QUESTION IS NOW THE LAND OWENE DEATH AT 1999 AND THE SALE DEED NOT REGISTRATION BETWEEN THEM AND THE LEGAL HEIRS NAME ENTER IN REVENUE RECORDS AND THEY SALE THIS LAND OTHER PERSON. TODAY ANY RIGHT OF PARTNERSHIP FIRM OR IT'S PARTER?

Sale deed

Hello All Friends,

Farmer purchase a agriculture land from farmer but the payment give by company - "A" because company-"A" has not purchase agriculture land. Then after sale deed in name of farmer and payment paid by company-"A" as per MoU between Company and Company farmer.

Question :- Now company-"A" deal with other company-"B" for sale these agriculture lands, now what is the procedure and how can company-"A" receive the payment from company-"B".

(1) Sale deed of agriculture land is posible between company-"A" and company-"B".
(2) In agriculture land sale deed WE make Company-"A" AS PER confirming party? (Sale Deed between company-"A" Farmer and Company-"B".)

In short company-"A" and company-"B" deal is ok as per as above. They make sale deed? company-"A" is confirming party in sale deed?

Ennironment (protection) act, 1986 sections 15 and 19

Hi, Dear All Members and Friends

My Question is :-

My client is construction company (Builder) and five directors in this company. my client has applied for Environment Clearance Certificate after 30 days, they started a construction work in open land.
Then Gujarat Pollution Control Board file a criminal case against company and its directors and supervisor, Engineer (The Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 Undre section 15 and 19)but i like to quashing ALL DIRECTORS from this case if any judgement of Gujarat High Court or Apex Court is available for quashing Directors FOR this matter inform me.

My question is : -

My clint is Partnership firm and it's business is product related so they have make a website as per exa : - abcd.com and others cdef.com, bcde.com and then they decided for lounching new propduct in market at that time they give a advertisment in hordings, newspaper, television, radio etc.. but when they open a new product website like - xyz.com they see that this not our website but some one use our data and product details in this website and collect money and the logo of company and product r also use without permission of my client so at that time what can do my client because the user is out of state and give advertisement in my client products and sale this product and collect checque and my clint also search this site and he has surprise when he see the logo and product in this site so he know some one missuse my clint logo and product details and collect money by checque and our clint firm is very wellknown firm in market so what can we do and action against the user of my client logo and product advertisment in net.... please give reply urgent...............

My friend's mother "X" book a flat in Guajart and before the registration the documents she is death and my friend and her sister r only legal heir so what can they do for property? Which documents r make for property their name?

any one send me Declaration and affidavit draft for legal heir.

Railway Authority

My friend father job in railway department in Ahmedabad. When he joined this department he write his surname "X" but he has not know that after very long time (10 years) he know that his surname is worng actual his surname is "Y" and all government documents like :- PAN CARD, DRIVING LICENCE, RETION CARD, ELECTION CARD, BANK ACCOUNT STATMENT ETC.. IS "Y" surname so how can i change his surname in railway department.

Note:- Department is not ready for change his surname? He has ready to make a affidevit for that but department is not ready what can i do?

Co-Operative housing Service Society

One partnership firm develop a residential scheme in Gujarat and they make Co-Operative Housing Service Society for maintain the land and building for several purchasers my question is :-

(1) In sale deed we make a second party to the service society?

(2) Can Service Society name enter in revenue records when purchaser gives his/her/their irrevocable consent for that?

(3) Service Society is party in Sale Deed?
