sir, I have given my flat on lease alongwith 1 open parking alloted to me by society. I also have 1 more stilt parking owned by me, which I have allowed another member to park his car.I do not stay in the same society.
My question:
Can the society object in any way, and or disallow me from entering the building and use the stilt parking in future ?

For a Non Agriculturist in maharastra, I am told that if he buys about 1 guntha of agricultural land in Madhya Pradesh, then by using that 7/12 extract, he can buy agricultural land in maharashtra.
Is it fool proof non challengable way to buy agri land in maharashtra ?

I purchased a flat and all share transfer is complete in existing coop. society. The society had given NOC to seller fvg my name without any conditions. I am Non-veg..Seller was non veg.
Now society objecting to my cooking non veg in my house (due to smell of fish etc). They say they are veg society.
Please advise my legal standing to continue non veg cooking at home.

Sir, my father has a unregistered will. He is alive. He has only FDs and bank balance in his Will. No property. I am major recepient of FDs and bank balance in the will. As per will,the other 2 brothers receive little and nil monies respectively . I am second holder in all FDs, and some funds are parked in my account by my dad.
My Question:
Can the other brothers obstruct me from taking the funds (after expiry of my dad).
