Dear experts,
A kerala based company has taken a commercial property in SEZ on lease. Only a part of the floor is taken on lease and the rest portion of the floor is leased to two other companies.
Lease is executed and registered. As per lease terms the three companies should jointly take care of furnishing and developing the common areas (hall way and such other areas).
Now these three companies have agreed to share the cost of common area development and "maintenance" at the ration 50, 25 and 25 percentage (the total cost for development is not determinable).
Whether the agreement entered into by three companies for common area development and maintenance needs to be registered?

Dear experts,
i have the following situation:
A web development company located in India (registered office in India) signed an agreement/ contract with a UK based (registered office in UK) client. But the work/ service is being provided from its office in Poland and billing is carried out from Poland office.
The Poland office goes through a lot of administrative and legal hardships (from finance and audit perspective) since it is not the party to the contract.
Now the Poland office wishes to have the contract being in the name of Poland office and UK client.
How can the contract be amended to change/ substitute the parent company in India with its Poland subsidiary.
I request your urgent attention to this query.

Dear Expert,
I have come across a Trust Deed for a public charitable trust registered with sub-registrar,Bangalore, Karnataka wherein,
The power to remove/discharge a trustee and appoint a new trustee lies with the Settlor. However,the trust deed is silent on whether the appointment or removal should be through a deed in writing.
Such being the case, whether it is necessary to evidence the removal of trustee and appointment of new trustee through the usual deed of retirement and appointment of trustee or a mere letter of removal will suffice?

Letter of engagement to trainee
Dear experts
Is it advisable to give a letter of engagement to trainees (engineering graduates Btech/ MCA)taken on 3 months training with stipend at a software company?
Also is it advisable to give experience letter to trainees on being relived/or training being terminated by the employer (on humanitarian grounds).
When will Apprenticeship Act applicable. Is it applicable to trainees taken by a software company by its own not under Apprenticeship Contract?
