In my city some youngsters made a blue film of a girl and send this blue film by way of MMS .The girl do not want to lodge FIR because i think she get involved in it in this circumstances police made a complaint as it is immoral activity which affect society at large .Being legal proffessional i want to know under which section of CRPC Police made this complaint because complainant do not want to lodge FIR

(Exercise of powers of Telegraph Authority in certain cases): The Appropriate Government may, by order in writing, for the placing of electric lines or electrical plant for the transmission of electricity or for the purpose of telephonic or telegraphic communications necessary for the proper co-ordination of works, confer upon any public officer, licensee or any other person engaged in the business of supplying electricity under this Act, subject to such conditions and restrictions, if any, as the Appropriate Government may think fit to impose and to the provisions of the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885, any of the powers which the telegraph authority possesses under that Act with respect to the placing of telegraph lines and posts for the purposes of a telegraph established or maintained, by the Government or to be so established or maintained.My quiery is whether this provission is Applicable directly to the Maharashtra state elecricity distributin company limited i want perfect answer

w.p.decided by hon'ble high court orer to comply ordedr within eight weeks .date of orer is 22 july 2010 accordingly eight weeks period complete on 22 sep 2010 .we proceed to Hon;ble supreme court to challange the order my question is
1)can apposite party file contempt proceeding after eight weeks or after 3 months from date of order(limitation period)pls reply urgently

tenanant lardlord dispute is pending in court .tenanant is in good reletionship with Asst commissioner of police .now police machinary harrash landlord family several times by calling them police station and pressurise them to compramise
whether W.P can be filed in Hon'ble HIGH COURT(pls state the name of writ) to stop police machinanary from interfering in civil dispute
