My father passed away last year.Is his registered will legal or valid for the property which he got from his father.Means after my grandfather's death.Can my sisters or brother go against it.

dear sir,
i have divorce without decree (divorce by panchayat on legal stamp paper with affidevit signed by both husband and wife)i have one child staying with her after remarrige with another person. my question is if i want to take legal divorce than what is the Procedure ?and for what she can claim from me?still i hv not married second time.

my case of 498A,406 has been closed 24 months ago due to withdrawal letter of my wife and Further action dropped has been endorsed by judicial magistrate. But now she has made a representation to Commissioner of Police saying that her signature has been forged and asked for reopening of the case & the Asst commissioner has sought permission from JM to reopen the case and the case has been reopened..
Now can the Asst comissioner reopen a case after 24 months?
Can this reopening be done without filing additonal evidence or proof in JM court?
Can the Asst comissioner reopen an already closed 24 months old case just by a letter given by the compaintaint?
if this cant be done.... can u please quote relevant sections or judgments.

Dear Sirs,
Is anticipatory bail usually granted in a section 498A case? If a family seeks anticipatory bail, will it cast a suspicion on their behaviour towards their daughter in law? Thanks.

Dear Sir/Madam
For the last 7+ years my life has been made miserable. my father expired in due course due to harrassment for dowry demand unable to meet. my husband works in dubai and his family here in india, he got married with a lady abonding me and my daughter. i waited for 5+ years then took extreme step of filing a case in local p.s. and he got arrested in indian airport in 2009 and release on bail. he sends me messages saying that he will not divorce me nor accepts me whatever. it is truly genuine 498A case, no doubt, i have not asked for any compensation and will not do. I want he and his people to learn lesson and i want justice for my real and sincere effort.
my query is how can i nullify or void his second marriage. i want to knock the door of supreme court for justice.
please suggest way to approach supreme court through the same P.S. with the same crime number. concern PP and P.S.is dealing the case.

Dear Sirs,
In an offence of attempt to kidnap of 8 year old girl, the complaint is lodged in police station by the parents. The police acknowledged the complaint and gave D.D. number. But they have not registered the FIR and did not arrest the accused named in the complaint despite repeated requests. Now my question is:
1.Whether Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C. application independently lies before the M.M.
OR
1. Whether a private complaint case under Section 200 Cr.P.C. has to be filed along with application under Section 156(3).

Complaint to Police Station on stoping of 2nd marriage
Dear Members,
Wife got ex-parte divorce(husband did not attend. Now wife had a doubt that husband may get married at any time.
Now the Ques'n is.....
As the dovorce is an ex-parte decree,can the wife complaint to POLICe STATION(same jurisdiciton) to stop such marriage.
Please advice to stop a such false marriage by saving other girl.
