My qualification is B.A.LL.B,Diploma in labour law and I am pursuing Masters in Business law.This is my last year please suggest me which field is good for me for practicing as a lawyer.

If I form a pvt Company with my friend and we keep a clause in our artical of association that we can transfer our share to our relatives only and I transfer my share to my husband.My husband is a working Professional in a IT company than after transfer he has to switch off his job or he can work continuasly.what he has to do after getting share of the company?

Can a person who is working in a MNC company form a private company and become a managing director of that company?
Is this possible? than how?

I am pursuing Master in business law through distant education.I don't know which writer book is good for me because they give two type of questions 1.based on case law 2.based on theory.please suggest me refrence books for my papers,I am sending here paper name and there topics they are-
