Due to lack of knowledge and arbitrary use of power by air force authority I was issued a discharge book on 10 March 99 which was irrelevant and prejudice as per AFA sec 80 sec 9 sec 122(5) and AFR sec 146(2)..due to limitations act can't approached to high / supreme court. What is next step . Please advice

Hi, I am fighting a divorce case with my wife from past 2 years, on the grounds of mental cruelty, she has filed, RCR, 498a and Counter-file for divorce case on me, I am fighting since a long time, but she keeps delaying the process by coming to the court and begging for a new date every month, I tried pleading in the court, but no use, the court keeps giving her chances and if I miss to appear even once I am threatned that the case will be judged in her favour, I am not sure what should I do next, I have been waiting for a long time, i want to go abroad but I cannot because of these cases, this is creating a lot of mental pressure on me and I am having suicidal thoughts, my lawyer says we will have to wait,Please advise a better solution

I work in a MNC. All people think men dominate women but its not true in mnc culture it's like a cake walk for girls to complaint against boy for silly reason by adding masala into it that this boy sexually harrased me. Companies take decisions conservatively and they decide to terminate that guy on the basis of fake allegations as they don't want to take the risk of harassment against girl. Can't we make a law that if any girl try to trap a boy in fake case girl will get severe punishment too by law?

dear experts,
a station officer filed a final report regarding a FIR stating it is a false.but the SHO very well know that there is a crime U/s 420 of IPC.and firstly he satisfied that there is a crime and assured that he will do justice to the complainant.but latter GOD ONLY KNOWS why he sent a final report stating as false. can the complaint file complaint against the station officer to his higher officials or to the Human Rights Commission. if the police not doing justice (by taking bribe or from the influenced of course we can not prove some times)to a common man how people believe to get the justice from the police.kindly advice.

my friend had done marraige through well known matrimonial site. she has All coorespondance in her mailbox. but now in court her husaband is not ready to accept that he had done such correspondance. so,how we can submit our evidance in court? is the cyber police can become helpful to present our case in court?

Given legal notice by mistake added additional property
i have been given a legal notice U/S-88 and read with article r/w-151cpc as a party in person to the revenue authorities regards my succession property to made amendments in revenue records according to the Certified Documental evidence.But,by mistake I mentioned in notice regards property details which are not belongs to my father and the some of the properties belongs to my uncle(my father's brother) .I am confused for the translation of old document writing which is illegible to read.The document which is a partition deed in between my father and his brother.Kindly let me know,whether the notice served by me to the revenue authorities is invalid?And kindly be advise as how to amend the mistake made in served notice while presenting the matter in the court?
