hello experts,
i have been accused in a criminal state case, in which one section of IPC is not compoundable 452 IPC now i have compromised with the complainant so he is ready to take back the case, state of the case is arguments on charge, now my question is whether the case can be withdrawn at this stage it self if yes then how?

I parked my car in a no-parking area at the railway station. The parking area is managed by an independent contractor. He charged me double the fine amount posted there, and he locked my car, refusing to allow me to retrieve it without paying extra. He gathered many individuals there, so I paid him and went home. I had a contract with a logistics company based in Kolkata, but the contractual clause specified that in the event of any disputes, the jurisdiction of the court shall be Delhi. I am seeking guidance on whether I need to register my office formally or if a rent agreement with my father is necessary, or if I can use the office without any formal documentation.

I purchased a TV from a dealer, and unfortunately, within the warranty period, the TV has ceased to function. The challenge I'm facing is that there is no service center for this particular TV brand in my state. The service center, which is located in another state, has advised me to send the TV to them for repairs. However, they've also mentioned that if any damage occurs during transportation, I risk losing the warranty.
Given this situation, I'm hesitant to take the risk of sending the TV to another state. Therefore, I am inquiring whether I can claim warranty services from the dealer in my city.

I purchased a new car from the showroom, and in exchange, I provided my old car to the showroom. I executed a Registered Power of Attorney (POA) in favor of my brother in 2005, granting him the authority to manage and sell the specified land. However, I now wish to cancel the POA and would appreciate guidance on the procedure to do so.

Cheque bonce case

A partnership firm issued a cheque in the name of the firm, with one person signing it. However, the account associated with the cheque was jointly opened by the firm. Due to the absence of the second signature, the cheque was dishonored. Can I file a Section 138 case against both the partnership firm and the individual who signed the cheque?
