Hello, One of the foreign company from Singapore has offered job. Initially I accepted their offer and send signed scan copy of offer letter. Later i realised that salary offered by them is not sufficient to live & survive in Singapore. So i have not joined, and later i denied. Now company is demanding one month salary amount and threatening for legal action against me, so i am worried about it..

Hello, I have taken 5 lac Rs from one client but i failed to provide product so he asked for refund. Then i given 5 lac Rs cheque to him. But unfortunately cheque bounced due to insufficient fund. I am financially unstable now. Then i assued for cheque clearance and also provided assurance on 100 Rs stamp paper, but again cheque bounced due to insufficient fund. I am unable to arrange money. Then he sent me legal notice but i ignored it not replied. Now my client filed cheque bounce case NI 138 in court. Court given date in October. Please suggest any solution and consequences of case.

Cheque Bounce Jurisdiction
Hello Team, One of the client from Solapur given me cheque of Solapur Branch. I have deposited this cheque at Pune Bank in my nearest branch. Now cheque is bounced. I want to file case against my client as he is not responding. My question is what will be the Jurisdiction of court to file case ? Solapur or Pune ?
