Surrender property under sarfaesi

I\\\'m looking to surrender my property against home loan to the bank under SARFAESI Act voluntarily. I\\\'m unable to continue with the EMI and haven\\\'t got any buyers yet. No EMI has bounced yet, but it will from this month. How should I work with bank so they can take possession and proceed with auction? I understand my credit rating will fall because of this.

Unlawful khatedari of jaswant kanwar ,narpat singh,rajinder

Rajvi Amar Singh s/o Bahadur Singh resident of Bikaner was holding Araji 188 bigha 16 biswa land of Khasra No. 102 in chak Momewala ,tehsil Anupgarh distt. Ganganagar .

He sold his land 53 bigha 10 biswa of above mentioned Khasra No. 102 to Bharpai Devi d/o Dayee Ram caste Khati r/o Hanumangarh through his special power of attorney Padma Ram by executing a registered sale deed on 20.11.1959 in the office of Sub Registrar Anupgarh and also sold his land 63 bigha 10 biswa of same khasra no. 102 chak Momewala to Harish Chander s/o Sukhram Das caste Saini r/o Hanumangarh through his special power of attorney Padma Ram by executing a registered sale deed on 20.11.1959 in the office of Sub Registrar Anupgarh Bharpai Devi herself further sold her land by executing a registered sale deed of 53 bigha 10 biswa of Khasra No. 102 chak Momewala in favour of Basant Singh s/o Sardara Singh caste jat sikh r/o village Narayangarh tehsil Hanumangarh and Satpal Singh s/o Laxmana nand Singh caste Thakur r/o village Morjand Khari tehsil Hanumangarh , both having equal share of land in the office of Sub Registrar Anupgarh on dated 26.12.1959. Harish Chander s/o Sukhram Das sold his land by executing a registered sale deed of 25 bigha land comprising of Khasra No. 102 Chak Momewala through his special power of attorney Bhimraj s/o Daya Ram caste Jangar r/o Anupgarh in favour of Darshana jit Kaur d/o Hardyal Singh jat sra r/o Morjand Khari tehsil Hanumangarh on dated 04.03.1960 and also sold his land by executing a registered sale deed of 25 bigha land comprising of Khasra no 102 chak Momewala through his special power of attorney Bhimraj s/o Daya Ram caste Jangar r/o Anupgarh in favour of Vinaypal Singh s/o Laxnana nand Singh caste Thakur r/o village Morjand Khari tehsil Hanumangarh tehsil Hanumangarh on dated 04.03.1960 Above mentioned Khasra No. 102 Chak Momewala according to Soochi No. 4 is now planned to chak 4 MD, chak 6 MD,23 AS. During above mentioned registered sale deeds Rajvi Amar Singh transferred all of his Khatedari rights to the purchasers of the land .He also declared in his Ikrarnama that he and his sons did not have any right or claim on this sold land in future . To a great surprise the Khatedari of above land which was sold by Rajvi Amar Singh has been mutated in the names of his wife Jaswant Kanwar and his sons Rajinedr singh,Surinder Singh & Narpat Singh which is Unlawful change in land ownership.Rajvi Amar Singh’s family has no right /claim over the land which he had already sold through registered sale deeds. In lieu of the above facts the unlawful Khatedari of Jaswant Kanwar ,Narpat Singh,Rajinder Singh,Surinder singh be dismissed and the purchasers of the above land should get Khatedari Rights .Kindly Justice may be done .

OPENING GOOGLE/YOUTUBE ACCOUNT WITH FAKE AGE

Sir, I opened gmail account and YouTube account at the age of 10 years but I gave fake age of 18 years. I uploaded few videos and was credited some money in my google account through advertisements. Today I'm 18 years, can I demand to google for my credit amount? Is it legal to demand after reaching 18 years?
Actually, I got an offer from a recording company of USA for a music album. I accepted the offer and the company published the album, and my royalty deposited to RBI, New Delhi through PayPal. But PayPal obtained my age from my gmail account which is fake, paypal indicated this fake age in official letter. Later, RBI asked my birth certificate and PAN card which I submitted timely but still I did not get my royalty. I am completely in dark, they are not responding me anymore regarding this matter. Now what should I do please?

Time limit for filing letter of adm. With will annexed

Mother had life interest in Father's Estate. Took income for 13 years. Mother died in July 2016. Executors refused to file probate in March 2017. Both Witnesess to Will signed affidavits verifying the signatures in March 2017.
Some Estate assets are still not traced due to missing original paperwork and difficulty with Banks in last 12 months.
Sole, residual beneficiary wants to file petition with the help of a lawyer in Kolkata for Letter of Adm. with Will annexed.
Beneficiary can justify the delay in filing by enormous documentary evidence .
Q 1 :Is there a time limit for filing the petition for LOA with Will annexed ? If yes, what the time limit for filing ?
Q2 : If Estate assets are over 1 crore rupees, which court the petition needs to be filed, Sessions Court or Kolkata High Court ?
Clear answers will be appreciated.

ANNULMENT CASE AGAINST MY WIFE

I am 27 year old man got married last year (arranged), Within a month of marriage I found out that she had all kind of illicit affairs,
She had atleast 10 boyfriends with whom she was in physical relation before marriage and even after marriage one of her boyfriend had stayed in my home for 2 hours when I was not there.

I have photos of her kissing her boyfriends and all, Now I have filed marriage annulment case on the basis of non consummation of marriage as my lawyer suggested. but since she and her father both are lawyers they strike deal with my lawyer and just postpone the case, I am a normal software Engineer got trapped in all these things.

Please help me get rid of this quickly

New tenure land registry in the name of private ltd company

Dear Sir
We have registered private limited company in Vadodara; discussing for acquiring land which is agriculture land having new tenure. We would like to get sales deed agreement in the name of private limited company for setting up industry and then complete the process of paying premium; necessary NA permissions etc to start the construction.
Can you please guide......
1. Whether we can get sales deed registered of this new tenure land in the name of private limited company
2. Later apply for different permission; payment of premium etc.
Please suggest.

We are in possession of 850shares of ACC Ltd. certificates are in name of our Father who expired 20years ago.we want to have now get it traffered in our all family members that is for kindly advise us how much Stamp duty pay for Succession certificate and Fees Payable. We want to get it done urgently.shares certificates are worth Rs.15Lacs
