My neighbouring shop is creating noise and air pollution. He is a carpenter. Because of his work lots of wooden particles spreads in air. Which goes in my eyes and nose. His work creates lots of noise because of it I couldn't communicate with my client. He is a tenant. This is residential complex. I complained to secretary of Co operative Housing Society. They are not taking any strong action against. His leave and license agreement is void because it is with previous owner who has sold his shop. I complained to owner. He is also informing because he wants rent. I complained to police. Police said that we can't do anything in this matter. He suggested to go to municipal corporation. I don't understand what to do. Is this matter comes under section 226 IPC and section 133cr pc. Please suggest. Thanks

I am an Advocate. I want to apply for Notary advocate. But i dont when there is a recruitment for notary advocate in my location. My friend is the society member of MHADA colony, Thane. He has entered with all society members in redevlopment agreement with builder dated 12/11/2012 which is registered under RERA Act. It was agreed between them that builder will give monthly rent and 2bhk flat with area 485 sq. ft. carpet. But till date he is not registering flat on their name and he has given only 22 months rent in advance. Now he has stopped paying rent also. When he goes to his office he says that he will not registered it rudely. So can we file complaint against him under RERA Act. If yes what is process if all members together want to complain. One more thing one of our committee membe on behalf of society also file R. C. suit against builder, MBMC and MHADA in 2015 application for injuction under order XXXIX Rule 1 and 2. In which court has passes interim order in favor of builder and application is rejected. The case is pending. Builder is telling us to withdraw the case from the court. My friend said we will withdraw this case only when you will give it written that you will registered flat on our name as promised in registered irrevocable power of attorney. He is not giving it written and telling whatever you want to do please go ahead. He has strong political support so all members are not ready to file complaint against him. My friend is afraid to file case alone so made few members ready. What is procedure to file complain under RERA through few society member.. Thanks

My friend opened hotel booking business. At present he has taken approximately 45 lacs from diffrent customers for hotel booking purpose. He is saying because of miscalculation we booked hotels room in less prices. He paid more amount to hotel manager. He was continuously trying to satisfy client because it was his mistake. But at last he suffered big loss. Now in his company account only Rs.500 balance. His office and home both are on rent. So he wants file insolvency petition. He has given few of customers post dated cheque. So can he file insolvency petition. No any FIR or case filed by any customer. but now they are telling him that they will file FIR or case under 138 N. I. Act. Please help me.

One of my clien is suffering loss in his Hotel Booking business. So he wants to declare his company insolvant. Can anybody tell me what is it's procedure. what documents we need to submit. Where to apply for it. Is he is liable to add his personal property in it. Please help me in this.
