domestic violence Act

Case filed under DVPC (domestic voilence act) by wife against husband who is drunkard and violent.Husband subsequently agrees to transfer all his property to his minor children with himself and his wife becoming minor guardians.Question is: under this act can a decree be obtained by the court to transfer property in minor childrens name by both parties filing a compromise to this effect.

A Hindu father purchases properties out of his own earning directly in the name of his minor sons and wife 20 years ago. Dies eventually. Now the daughter, who is married, claims share in the property. sons' contention is it is their self aquired property. OS of daughter dismissed and she has appealed.
is she entitled please comment

ground for divorce

wife was pregnent living with her parents after altercation with husband. the unborn child was diagnosed with weak heart beat. Doctor advised abortion. Wife intimated husbands family. no response.wife went ahead for abortion with the signature of her parents. All medical documents suggest it was the right thing to do.Now Husband files for divorce. Could this be a valid ground for divorce

MV case

Karnataka State Road transport Corp.(KSRTC) had hired a pvt Bus on contract which met with accident. Claim pet.is filed by injured inmate and only the hired bus's insurer and owner is made respondent party. Is it necessary the KSRTC also should be made respondent?
