Fraud on power of attorney

I gave power of attorney to a person for take care of my land and handle some matters in 2012. Today i came to know that he has made registery of the land in favor of his wife in 2013 in the basis POA.

I haven't given him POA for sale. He did a fraud with me.

What is the limitation of this? It has been 7 years but came to know about this today only, what action should i take and how should i proceed with this?

Consumer court case got dismissed as responded said no plots

Hello sir,

There is one of my case in which I has to be allotted a plot from the awas vikas parishad Uttar Pradesh.
I won the case in District Forum and lost it in appeal in State Commission. I appealed in national commission and national commission in its order stated that I should get a plot as it was awas vikas parishad's fault and they havn't complied with the rules but as they don't have any plots left my petition has to be dismissed.

I want to appeal to Supreme Court. Please guide me can court decline a plot to me on the basis of that builder is saying he is not having any plots?

Query regarding 182 crpc

A fir was lodged at police station against me that I entered complainant house and fought and misbehaved with his wife, section 452, 354 of ipc was applied. Io took evidence of the witness and put FR on it and put 182 crpc. Court accepted the FR.

Meanwhile the complainant died, So will the proceedings of 182 crpc will carry on against the victim or not?

Charge-frame has been done in that case, case will continue or will it end?

Histile witness evidence considered or not

Abhiyojan ka gavah court mein hostile ho gaya. Gavah ne jo abh�yojan ke virodh mein jo sakshya diye, judge order mein kya usse consider kar sakta hai?

Breach in flat building partnership deed

I did a registered partnership deed with a land holder that we will make flats on his land and will invest 50% each in making flats and will then sell the flats. Share in the final amount received will be like this:
First government rate of the land will be taken by the land holder
Then rest amount will be divided between two of us.

Three months back flat construction got complete and land owner sold the flats without informing me and without giving me my share.

Please suggest what shall I do now, I have done 50% investment in construction of the flats and flats are sold and I haven't received a single penny.

Criminal proceeding if someone sells your property

I gave POA for taking care of my property in 2013 and cancelled that POA in 2014, the POA holder sold my property to his wife in 2017.
I want to take criminal actions against the couple.

Please suggest, also advice me what is the time frame in which I can take any action.

Shall I lodge a police complaint or a civil suit or a criminal suit?

Someone sold my land

Hi,

I am having a land registered on my name. I bought this land 25 years back.
I came to know that some person sold my land to some other person (2nd person did registery of my land to his wife from registrar office, 2 months back). I came to know about this from some person and verified it from the registrar office.

I am not sure how it was done, but I know one thing that couple wants to do the fraud.

Please advice what to do now, shall I lodge a FIR in police against the couple ?
Or shall I file a suit against buyer, seller and registrar and it will be criminal suit or civil suit?

Bail in conviction in criminal appeal

JM court convited me under 323 IPC and ordered me jail for 1 year.
I took bail from JM court for first appeal to Session court.
If Session court again convict me again.
Can I get bail from session court for appeal to high court?
