Sir,
We have already file claim case due to injured and parmanent disability 88.3% on both legs.The same case is under considiration in HC chandigarh.
Now driver of bus convicted by the court in criminal case under IPC 279 /337 as fine of Rs. 1000 & 500.
As suggested by your expert we can file another case in motor accident tribunal.
Pl. advise 1. if we file another case then first case will not affect 2. is it better to file another case by family member as wife & children 3. How can we understand degree of negligency of driver. Any driver just pay fine Rs.1500/-is not more inspite a men Loss his full life enjoyment & not able to fullfill the requirement of their family and not able to walk due to bus driven by driver in rash & negligency .

Sir is there any law in India which gives which gives my mother equal rights in my deceased brother's property.
1.if property is ancestral
2.if my deceased brother's wife is alive
And with two daughters.

Dear Experts,
Myself is a Chartered Accountant and need your valuable opinion on the subject.
Actually I had purchased some gifts online i.e.basket of fruits for my inlaws from one online retail agency. As per terms and condition "if item shown in the webisite will be not available than they will supply some similar/superior quality product"
However in actual they had supplied very lower grade produts that too are not fresh. Further to this packing of gift was not at all aceptable. When I had pointed these to the company they are not ready to listen anything.
I have photograps of the gift as well screen shot of website.
Please advise what all remedies I am having to teach a good lesson to these fraud compinies.

Hi,
My Father owned a car (Maruti 800) which was fully insured(comprehensive) from National Ins. Co., my parents along with the driver were on there way back from Bareilly to Dehradun on 22/10/2010 when the driver fell asleep and hit a standing truck. My mother was sitting in the front seat and she was very badly hit on the forehead, she was taken to the nearest hospital where she succumbed to her injuries and died after 10 days of treatment.
I contacted a lawyer in Dehradun who said that I can get the body claim(which I got in a month) but cannot claim for the death of my mother( he said I can but for not more than Rs 50000), then I contacted another lawyer who made me and my mother the Third Party and we filed a case against the driver, My father(the owner of the vehicle) and the insurance company, claiming Rs 25 Lacs as compensation as my mother use to run a company by her own name.
Now after presenting all the evidences and cross questioning of all the witnesses (including the Doctors and the Income tax Officer and eye witness), the Insurance company's lawyer claims that Me being a son cannot claim a compensation from my father, even though it has been proved before the court that me and my family were dependent on my Mother's company.
Please help

sir, i am student of bachelao of engineering and i am in 7 semester.i have doesnt scored good marks yet bt i have deep knowledges about subjects.uptil i have total 4 backs bt i am cleared this.and i think i cant scored more than 65% in aggregate.so i want to know that whats the best for me to have a bright fututre.

I am doing EMBA(2012-2015)-distance and MTech(2012-2014)-regular mode.While applying for any Govt. or private job after completion of the above mentioned degrees,Will i be able to produce BOTH the degrees simultaneously though the year of admission is same for both .Any link in support on UGC website.??Kindly guide....

I need your advice. A 120 feet mobile tower being installed next to my home. Contractor had already put bedding to tower. What are better options available under various legal provisions to stop the same.
