I want to ask...

As we know it takes 10-20 years to win a case in a court. what if client has done non bailable crime whose punishment is maximum upto 1-2 year? is it means that one has to remain in jail for 10-20 years till the case is not solved in court.

Scanned copies of sale deed

Hello Sir,

We are going for a joint development of our land (500sq yd) with a reputed builder.

Yesterday, the builder wanted a copy of the sale deed. I sent by email the scanned images(color) of the sale deed whilst cc'ing my brother and sister. I had to do this since the builder wanted copies urgently for obtaining some permission from local authorities and we live in different cities.

Now, the fear is that since these were color copies of the sale deed were sent as an attachment by email, these can land in wrong hands.

Please advise if anyone can forge these documents.

Unpaid salary and fullandfinal settlement due from last 18 months

Hi, I have worked in a BPO company in 2012, and I resigned in Aug 2012, after serving 1 month notice period. Cheque issued by company for my salary for the month of july 2012 (Rs. 30000) was dishonored by bank, and I haven't received my wages for final 9 days of Aug 2012 as well. company asked me to courier the dishonored cheque and assured me that my money will be credited in a bank account of my choice. I am still waiting, and no one is available in office to clear it. I would like to know what can be done to recover my unpaid salary. Can I send a legal notice to company for recovery of my dues? If yes, what is the maximum gap allowed between the last working day and sending a notice? What are my options now, and how do I recover my salary dues?

How to respond to false police complaints?

Due to prejudice my neighbours living in the 1st and 2nd floor have joined hands in harrassing me by using police influence. Being localites they have mob strength .. after exhaustive visits to commissioner's office, women's commission and human rights commission ..... and finding no alternative .. I have gone ahead and filed a civil suit asking for permanent injunction against these inmates ,so that they may not interfere with my peaceful possession of my property. My case has not even come up for hearing the past 4 months. Recently, these inmates have again gone to the police and filed false complaints against me. The police continuously call me to close the complaints. Having done this for more than two years, I am put to agony having to visit the station to close these complaints. What is the solution to this? Please suggest on how to end this wilful manipulation of public authority by these inmates to harrass me and drive me out of my house and job.
