Hello Experts,
My husband is not paying maintenance for 7 years. So, I have filed the application u/s 125(3) but no success. I heard that we can apply to revoke his Passport.
Please guide me, can we apply to revoke the husband's passport if he is not complying with the court's order?
If yes, then how and where?
Please advise...Thanks in advance !!!

Hello Experts,
Please let me know, if husband is in Divorce appeal and in between he performed second marriage illegally.
Then in his Divorce appeal (District court) , can we bring into the notice of the court that he has performed second marriage.
1) Will it be effective if we submit second marriage proof of husband into the Divorce appeal ?
Please advice and suggest if any.

Hello Experts,
My husband has filed appeal into the District court.
If his appeal of divorce is allowed then ;
1) Can we file revision or any application into the District court again ?
2) Or we will have to directly go into a High Court ?

Application to get husband's experience certificate
Hi Experts,
The company of my husband has provided the wrong details to the court that he has left the job. But, when I investigated, I got to know that he is still working in the same company.
Accordingly, I informed to the court and put one application to direct to the employer of my husband to provide the certified copy of his resignation, reliving letter, and Full & final settlement copy form the company. Then, the court refused to take my application and returned and asked me to file RTI into the company. I told the court that RTI is not applicable to the private sector. But he denied taking my application on record. Then I asked the court to reject the application if it is not tenable. But still, he did not pass any order.
Under these circumstances, please let me know, Can the court direct to the company of my husband to provide the documents on record or not?
