My friend Mr D(28) is an upright qualified officer in a psu bank. Few days ago there was an altercation with a customer over poor service. Briefly - work was not done on time for lack of cooperation from concerned dept. He duly informed customer its taking time and he shall call once its done. But customer turns up next morning shouting. He did make remarks to blemish his reputation as a sincere worker. Squarely calling him kaamchor and fraud amongst many things(all recorded in video). This in presence of 30-40 odd customers and 8 staff. Mr D is contemplating sending legal notice for slanderous assault despite no fault of his, as customer had indeed crossed limits. May also sue him. Is it advisable. He is quite serious about this.

Mr D a friend of mine working as manager is a psu bank in kolkata received summon from some ludhiana civil court. Asking to be present on 14 Oct. Signed by civil judge. No details only case name mentioned(some bank vs party). He is unable to figure any connection. What to do...its not possible to go so far that too in so short notice?

The RBI has suddenly changed their eligibility criteria for officer examination from this year. They did notify in Aug itself but one has to study well in advance to cover the huge syllabus. Request to reconsider has fallen on deaf ears. Can they be legally forced to postpone new rules?

CS Internship
Dear experts, is internship compulsory after CS if one simply wants it for the purpose of additional qualification(for better job later), and not going for practice? I am aware of exemption rules but thats not what I want to know. Plz guide it is for a friend of mine.
