.Now i desire to give away my share to one of my brothers-
QUERY ---what is the procedure to be followed .& does it require any stamp duty /registration fee etc to be paid.

what is the difference between charitable trust and trust running school....there is a school which is registered as s trust but it collects fees from students .what kind of trust it is.
Is this trust running school eligilbe of 85% exp and also for maintaining corpus fund
please explain ,

SIR, I purchased a flat and gave it on rent in chennai. I am also living in chennai on rented house. Be cause the rent is low and the municipal valuation is also low. There is loss comes due to high interest on home loan from canara bank.can I claim set off of loss from my salary income.or any other benefits.

First owner Mr. X & second co-owner Mrs. Y jointly owned flat in CHS. They had combined filed nomination form with the society by nominating their 3-daughters. The Mang. Committee of the society had accepted and recorded the said nomination in the minutes book awa nomination register. Now, second co-owner Mrs. Y expired and her 3-daughters had requested to transfer 50%of their mother's (Mrs. Y) share in flat to their names. Can we trf. in their name as their father (Mr. X) is still alive who had filed single/combined nomination form? Please advice.

Dear Sir,
My wife filled false matrimonial cases against me and my family. In 125 maintenance case District Family court ordered for interim maintenance payment , which i am paying to my wife on regular basis from last year. I am going to file my ITR (Income tax Return) , there in which category (in Income Tax Return Form) i can show this interim maintenance payment which i am giving to my wife. Provide me any income tax section or rule number if any have . Please help me in this regard.

I am 25 years old boy (unmarried). I am in a relationship with a married woman who has a child and is 30 years of age.
She is ready to be in physical relationship with me and i am also willing for it.
I want to know will there be any legal consequence if later her husband or any other person comes to know about us?
I am of opinion that she is willing then it should be ok!

Bank fixed deposits amount by wife
My wife has a bank fixed deposits after marriage. Nominee is her father. Who will get this fixed. I am legal hier of her.
