Hi Experts,
Please help me since 8 years I am trying to get divorce but date pe date lge ja rhi h, court is not responding well.
I filed a divorce case u/s 13(a) on false 498A and False DV ( judgement done and in my favour)
Case chale ja raha chale ja rha, my wife's advocate come in court and take the date and making the case lengthy. Each time minimum date time always 3 months.
Can I suit Case u/s 500 defamation on my name and my family members seperately. Will it be benifited? judgment date was old May-2019 can now me and my family members file defamation now??

Dear Experts,
I am employee of Bechtel a American MNC, there were 3000 people working in company in 2017, now after cutting now 1500 people are working there.
Companies top Managers found crupt and they fired from company immideatly from US office after this episode company continuously cut off the strength in Indian office.
Majorly people have been fired out and some were sent on leaves (without pay if no leaves in account) I am one of them are on leaves.
People are not agree to fight with company in this matter because all afraid for their leave's money and salaries and for bad impression on their career.
But I am against to company and want to take a step on this wrong. I am agree if my money will struck for 1 to 2 years too but I want to teach this company a lesson. Because I worked in this company on a special customised work and the similar work experience job is rarely found in the market, since they spoiled my career after continues working in the company for 10 years.
Now I have debt (Home loan) and company without thinking from my side took the decision.
Problem is not that they sent me on leave problem is they are hiring few people for other department and not giving me chance for that instead and also giving the increments to rest of people still working in company.
Company doesn't have moral values, no emotions, no faithful they think only for profit
Please guide me I am not getting any similar job in the market because the work I done in the company was very rare. And I never thought this would happen. Now I am helpless

Hi,
My wife filed a 498A case against us which was cancelled at stage of investigation. then My wife filed a DV case which is just ordered as dismissed in our favore. Some time before my mother filed a case against my wife undrer section of DV act. now case is under consideration.
Now I have filed a complaint for fake case u/s IPC 211, 499/500 etc. against my wife for get her behind bars.
I want to ask here that the case my mother filed against my wife can be dismissed ??? as she is mother in law, coz trend is always that DV is filed by daughter in-law only.
Kindly help what to do now?? coz if our case too will be dismissed then my wife will also file a complaint under same sections.
withdrawal can be benefited??

Hi,
I have purchased a property in Haryana from a person who claims to be owner of that property but he is not legally owner of that property because he taken up that property for making profit from the owner to sale out further.
Now he sold me a piece of that property and presented himself as owner of property in contract but he is not actual owner. I have purchased a 2000 rupees stamp paper and got his sign on the deed along with sign of dealer as witness. on receipt of 3Lac I got simple sign from him instead of revenue stamp of 1 rupee.
Now, I cancelled the deed because registration is not done on that property as this is field not residential property. now deed is cancelled and they are not returning my money 3 Lac.
Is it fraud case ???
can police take any action on this to lodge FIR u/s 420 and 467??

Dear Experts,
In my society of 600 flats, approx 46 flat owner are not paying their maintenance cost per month since last 4-6 years, and their flats are vacated for since then.
Dues are so much but neither they visit nor give their property on rent. In this such case what action the committee should take legally so that they pay their dues.
Can committee auction their property or seize??

Dear Experts,
I had lived 5+ years together from Feb2009 to Jun2014 and have one 6.5 yrs old girl living with my wife separately now.
in Jun2014 my wife fly away from home for that one FIR u/s 346 registered and CRPC 164 statement recorded after her recovery. In statement she stated that she fly away willing fully and now onward she want to live separately with her husband (means me) and her daughter. Statment recorded in Jun 2014.
This was the ground of Divorce that time because she wants to live separately from her mother-in law according to Supreme court judgment "narendera vs K.meena" but judgment came later in 2016. anyway but now it applies.
After her statement of 164 u/s CRPC she filed a 498A case against me and my family but the case was canceled by Superintendent of police but not registered the case against my wife u/s 182 IPC for fake complaint.Since 2014 police did not represented that case report before court. So that report can be used a ground of divorce now after 5 years of cancellation??
Third ground
My wife filed a DV case against me and my family in the court still the case is at argument level. It might take more 6 months. So should I wait for over this case to be used as solid ground for divorce or should I go ahead now?? coz now I feeling so late for divorce.
For information: when my wife flee away from home then I filed a divorce case but later I withdrawn and the case over.
High court P&H cut the maintenance of my working wife but still I have liabilities of maintenance for the child.
queries:
1. That time I was living in Haryana state so I filed the case in relevant session court but since 1 year I have been living in Delhi Dwarka jurisdiction and wife still living in haryana. So can I file my divorce case in Dwarka Court now??
2. Are these grounds enough to obtain divorce now or should I wait for DV case end.

Dear Experts,
My Brother is working in a government undertaking company, since Feb or Mar he has been suffering from illnesses and anytime got fever or headaches.
One day for the same he had sever pain in his head that's why he taken some rest on his chair with closed eyes. A person captured a video, he is not his boss or in the same department. that person posted that video on his facebook saying "people getting salary for free" but everyone in my favor because they know I have been ill for long time.
But that person did not stop by doing this, he sends that video on people's whatsup too.
So could you please assist me how can I control this, is it a crime?? What would be procedure to complaint in this regard??

Hi,
Me and my girlfriend both are in live-in relationship, and both we are married and could not get divorce from our partners.
Now the rules are changed, 497 given relief to women
According to this act we can live freely but can we born child also???

Dear experts,
My mother filed a DV case against my wife in lower court, and my wife filed quashing case in Session court.
Notices was serviced through lower court direction but in the first date of quashing my mother's lawyer missed the information and my mother/lawyer could not reach to court which result the court issued bailable warrants against my mother, now the next hearing after 2 months.
Can police knock out door till the next hearing held??
How we can avoid arrest now?, and where we should approach for that?

Divorce case13a dismissed
My lawyer cheated me, I visited to his office on every date of court and he says that court given another date then I always use to come back. After some dates I noticed that my case has been dismissed as contestant (me) not present. I asked my lawyer but he is not responding well to me. Now my query is how much time I have to reopen my case. Now I want to appoint a new lawyer for my case to reopen this
My case is in rohtak district court.
Please suggest.
