Respected Experts,
As there is a case as against the orders of Bar Counsel of India in respect of Age Limit for 3 years & 5 Years for LLB, pending before the Supreme Court.
I want to know whether the said cases are disposed off are still pending.

The Bar Council of India (BCI) has decided to introduce age-bar in law colleges in India. what is present status. what is the upper age in 3 year LLB next year

Hon'ble High COurt issued a 3 months stay order to BCI restrictions LLB age limit. There is any progress about this matter

The Allahabad High Court has issued notice to the Bar Council of India (BCI) on a writ petition challenging its resolution passed on
September 14, 2008, whereby maximum age for admission in three years LLB course has been fixed as 30 years.
