Hi
I have worked with one of well known organization, where I have resigned from my duties after completing & serving notice period, have completed handover process, surrendered all assets, completed all formalities and taken clearances from all departments. I have copy of resignation acceptance, last working day, exit formality completed as per company norm. Now after too much of follow up of 2 months I received my full and final schedule from HR. At the time of payment HR has stopped my pending salary and sent me a legal notice on joining competition company.
How can I get my pending salary and Full and Final payment.

A FIR was lodged against me in 2009 u/s 420 regarding a fraud of rs 7500. A case was registered in December 2009, Police investigated and recorded statement of witness w/s161 crpc. But I was unaware of the fact. Charge sheet filed against me in August 2010 declaring me as absconding. Accord to Chargesheet it reveals that raid was conducted to arrest me but no good I was absconding and avoiding arrest. But neither police raided or I was absconding. I was not informed about the case. But I am living daily life as lead. I worked for Contractual Employee of state government from 2010 to 2014 without any trouble. I was engaged in Election Duty by Election Commission of India three times and now I am working in school. so How Can I be absconding. now 2016 I came to know that a NBW issued against me by ACJM. In charge sheet I.O seek wp/A as he declared me absconding. I/O mentioned that closed the diary and investigation completed. Now my question that in this circumstances Can I get regular bail or AB?

IF SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT DONE IN SUPREME COURT AGAINST BATCH OF TWO JUDGES THAT HUSBAND HAS TO GIVE MAINTENANCE EVERY MONTH AND IN AGREEMENT WIFE HAS GIVEN ASSURANCE WITH HER SIGN ON EACH PAGE WITH SIGN OF HER FATHER AND SIGN OF HER ADVOCATES AS WELL AS SIGN OF MEDIATORS WHO ARE SENIOR ADVOCATES IN SUPREME COURT TO WITHDRAW ALL REMAINING PROCEEDINGS LIKE POLICE CASE, DV AND PROPERTY SUIT. AFTER THREE MONTHS WIFE HAS NOT WITHDRAWN ALL THESE PROCEEDINGS BUT HUSBAND HAS BEEN GIVING MAINTENANCE.WHAT SHOULD HUSBAND DO TO WITHDRAW ALL THESE PROCEEDINGS BY WIFE.IF WIFE DOES NOT WITHDRAW AND HUSBAND GIVES APPLICATION ALONG WITH JUDGEMENT AND SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT OF SUPREME COURT TO TRIAL COURT, AUTOMATICALLY ALLTHESE CASES WILLBE DISCARDED?THANKS

My Grandfather had made a Will. He has three sons and one daughter. He mentioned in his will a specific amount to be given to her daughter form his bank balance and the flat to be transferred in his three sons name, He also mentioned that the flat is wished to be soled would have specific ratios in which it should be divided among the three sons only.
The daughter of grandfather now is claiming a share in this property and has sent a letter to the society informing them not to transfer the flat in the three sons name. She is claiming that this will is fraud and hence society should not transfer.
We want to know our options.
Ps in the letter to the society the daughter has mentioned that she has objection in this transfer and will raise her objection when the will is sent for probation

Myself Ratna rani balong to SC category.
I married outside my kaste boy is not SC.
I have sun boye child now 11 years old.
I want my sun to get SC status.
So I ask my eldar brather Rambabu to adopt my sun.
Now will my son get SC status when Rambbabu brather adopt my sun.

IT WAS A CLUSTER CASE WHERE 8 CLASS I OFFICER AND 18 CLASS III EMPLOYEES WERE INVOLVED. ALL CLASS I OFFICER AND 13 CLASS III EMPLOYEES WERE CHARGE SHEETED AND FINALLY CENSURED. ALL CLASS I OFFICER GOT THEIR DUE PROMOTIONS ON TIME WITHOUT LOOSING A SINGLE DAY THOUGH THE CASE WAS FINALLY DECIDED FOR THEM IN 2013. HOWEVER CLASS III DID NOT GET PROMOTION UNTIL 2014.WHICH MEANT LOSS OF 2 PROMOTIONS.
THE CASE WAS REGULARISED BECAUSE THE CASE WAS NOT PRESENTED PROPERLY BY OUR LAWYER
THERE ARE 2 SETS OF RULES IN LIC REGARDING PROMOTION. FOR CLASS I UNTIL CHARGE SHEET IS ISSUED PROMOTION CANNOT BE DENIED.FOR CLASS III ANY EXPLANATION CALLED FOR DENIES PROMOTION UNTIL CASE IS FINALISED.
I WAS NEVER CHARGE SHEETED. AND I HAD REPRESENTED THIS TO APPELLATE AUTHORITY BUT ALL IN VAIN.
I GOT PROMOTION IN 2015 INA REMOTE BRANCH IN JODHPUR BUT WAS NOT ABLE TO JOIN.
WHAT ARE THE CHANCES THAT IT WILL COME OUT OF REGULAR O

I am got married in 2000 and we gave a 15 years old daughter. My wife left me and my daughter on September 15th 2015 within this period she never contacted me, she not even make any statement against me. Even she is not with her parents. She is with some other person and staying in Dhanbad where she joined a private firm and earning quit well. If i do file for divorce can she claim anything from me. what should i do?
