The Petitioner/appellant was teh O.p. in consumer forum case of medical negligence.the O.p. has deposited some documents in the District Forum.in regards to it no question were asked in cross exmination.The Consumer District Forum had then also given the judgement inn favour of us.THe O.p. being aggrieved filed the appeal.
In appeal as a respondent can i take up those points in respect of the documents which were deposited by the O.p.in District Forum as admission are need not to be proved.
