Dear all
My first wife had filed a false case against me. She is in U.P. state and i am in mumbai.so my querry is.. she can forcefully enter in my house even if case is still going on in UP STATE.

My case is going on in court of dowry 498 and 313 . So my wife had registred fir against me and my family. We had taken stay order from court of no arrest for family who is in uttar pradesh i and my parents leave in maharasthra mumbai. Only me and my mom dad there is no stay order so is there is possible that there will be arrest order against us. In maharasthra because case is going on in uttar pradesh.But charges sheet is still not filled by police in court. Pleas let me know sir.thanks

I am in dubai. And i went to india but i did not attend court date because my wife filed a false case of 498 on me and she put all names of my family member and court has issued order and my lawyer is saying to take bail of all family member.i just want to know after bail do my family have to attain all dates of case?? And Do I or my family will face any problem in future? Please reply

my sis her marrage case was going on since 3 year but in mediation her husband decide toh take her home back . but we had dout on him so we keep our case pending for 1 year if relation is ok then case will automatically will discharge but last night he again started her tourcher and beating her.. As we will reopen the case again but any more suggest what should i doo more ...... case before was for dowry case.

Sir my sister married finsih almost 1year but not even one month passed they started tourchering my sis and beating her and asking for dowry and now they are not taking her back to home and she have a small baby..

Hii, I Would Like To Know IF a person dosent go on dates for several times so dose arrest warrant can be issued? if yes then what is procedure to arrest that person if he is in another state,
